Rosanna Pansino, born June 8th, 1985 is an American YouTuber and actress. She also was an author, singer, and performer. She is among the most highly-paid females on YouTube. Pansino is well-known for hosting the popular online cooking show Nerdy Nummies. It has been hosted since 2011. Her performance on the show earned her an Shorty Award in 2013 as and an additional nomination in 2015. The show also earned her five Streamy Award nominations. She has written and published two cookbooks based upon the series, aswell in launching a baking line. Pansino appeared in the web series Broken Quest in 2013, and in the YouTube Premium series Escape the Night in the years 2018 and 2019 in which the latter resulted in two Streamy Award nominations. She hosts the HBO Max series Baketopia since 2021. She released her debut single "Perfect Together" in 2015 and is a classically trained singer. Rosanna Pansino was born June 8, 1985, in Seattle, Washington, where she was raised with her twin sister Molly Lu. She is of Irish, Croatian and German heritage. In her youth, she was known by her family and friends as an "nerdy" and "awkward" kid, and at school, she struggled with dyslexia. Pansino was originally interested in becoming an actress. After having attended Pacific Lutheran University, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting. Her interest in cooking was sparked by her mother and father as well as her mother, and she said in 2014 that "...baking was always an interest of mine. I've always enjoyed being creative with my food and creating themed desserts for my loved ones."
